About Booktales

Booktales makes gentle picture books for little ones — stories that help children name big feelings, wind down at bedtime, and giggle through bath time. Every title is written and illustrated with care, then printed on demand and shipped across India, so a book is only ever made when a family wants one.

Our books

The heart of Booktales is the Emotions series — five rhyming stories, each exploring one feeling with warmth and honesty, so children learn that every emotion is okay. Alongside it are our Even Lions bedtime and bath-time stories, a joyful Raksha Bandhan festival book, and early-learning ABC and counting books.

Why print on demand

Printing each book to order means no warehouses full of unsold copies and far less waste — just the book you asked for, made fresh and sent to your door anywhere in India.
