Every Booktales book is printed on demand — made specifically for your order after payment. That means a little production time before your book ships, and it shapes our returns policy below.
Orders are typically printed and packed within 2–3 business days, then shipped. Estimated delivery after dispatch:

You'll receive a shipping email with tracking once your order is on its way. You can also check status any time on our order tracking page.
Shipping is a flat rate, and your order ships free once it crosses the free-shipping threshold:

We want you to love your book. If it arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, email us at support@booktales.in within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll arrange a free reprint or a refund.
Because books are printed to order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind once printing has started, but you can cancel for a full refund before that.
